Analytical Psychology Press was established in 2017, and we are pleased to announce that our first publication was released in 2018. Additional projects are in preparation for 2020 and 2021 release.

We are focused on quality, not quantity. We value our relationships with our authors, and we only publish works that we value. Each project receives the personal attention of the Editor and Publisher, Dyane Sherwood, as well as our Managing Editor, LeeAnn PIckrell, and a professional design team.

The range of publications anticipated include:

  • Clinical subjects, biography, history of analytical psychology, and particularly integrative and innovative work.

  • Topic-related collections of primary sources in analytical psychology and related fields, together with contemporary commentaries, interviews, and conversations.

  • Collections of an author's  published articles, linking them to show the development of their perspectives.

  • Foundational textbooks, with introductory and advanced modules as wells as important source materials.

We are using the latest technologies, where appropriate, to create a dynamic experience for readers:

  • Both print and digital publications. Videos can supplement written material by use of a scan bar code linking to a secure vimeo site, thus creating a dynamic experience for the print reader.

  • Digital publications have the potential to include sound and video, as well as dynamic images. For example, a book discussing films or works of art could have links to those works in public domain or embedded links with a scan bar code so that the reader can view video (permissions obtained) on a secure vimeo link.
